I use a variety of techniques ranging from light touch to deeper force. I work with an array of modalities so that I can best address the needs of the individual on the table.
NetworkSpinal — a light touch chiropractic approach that focuses on enhancing the communication between the brain and the body to promote self-healing and wellness. It involves gentle and effective light touches to the spine to help the body release tension and develop more efficient strategies for dealing with stress. This leads to less pain and exhaustion, as well as increased vitality and energy.
Webster technique — address pelvic alignment during pregnancy, aiming to create ease and facilitating smoother deliveries for expectant mothers.
Extremity adjusting — adjusting joints outside of the spine, such as those in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. By targeting these areas, extremity adjusting aims to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall function.
Other techniques applied: N.E.T. (Neuro-Emotional Technique), SOT, BGI (Biogeometric integration), Craniosacral, Adjusting for physically compromised, Applied Kinesiology, Muscle Testing, Thompson drop table

At Creative Care Chiropractic, we have practice members begin with two visits per week for the first six weeks. This initial phase of 12 visits has been statistically shown to foster long-lasting, positive changes by allowing the body to adapt and align through consistent care. At the six-week mark, we’ll conduct a re-evaluation session to assess your progress and determine the best care plan moving forward.

Brain-Body Communication: Chiropractic adjustments can improve brain function by enhancing proprioception (the body’s ability to sense movement and position) and reducing nociception (the nervous system’s response to harmful stimuli). This can lead to better brain-body communication and enhanced overall health.
This improved body awareness can also lead to better balance and coordination, yielding improved health and greater focus and clarity.

Chiropractic care, especially the Webster Technique, is gentle and thorough, offering significant benefits your pregnancy. It helps optimize pelvic alignment and reduce uterine tension, leading to easier, safer deliveries with fewer interventions. Regular adjustments can alleviate common discomforts like back pain and improve overall maternal health, promoting better fetal positioning. This holistic approach supports a healthier, more comfortable pregnancy.

Chiropractic adjustments for kids are safe and gentle. In the rapid growth and development of a child’s first years, there’s constant change and adaptation. Even the most natural birth can stress an infant’s spine and developing nervous system. Many common health complaints such as colic, breathing problems, nursing difficulties, sleep disturbances, behavioral issues, allergic reactions and chronic infections can often be traced to nerve system stress (also known as subluxation).
Chiropractic helps kids (and adults) connect to their life force, supporting not only healthy body & mind, but also healthy self confidence, self-esteem and self love.
